Eva Beadle is the Founder and Senior Literary Manager of BSA Talent, a boutique management company representing visionary writers, directors, and creators across film and television. Known for her sharp instincts, strategic deal-making, and relentless advocacy, Eva works closely with top-tier studios, buyers, and production companies to develop and package compelling, market-ready content.

With projects currently in development at major networks and streamers, Eva specializes in shepherding elevated genre stories, prestige thrillers, and culturally grounded narratives. Her clients’ work spans psychological horror, serialized drama, and high-stakes features, often intersecting social commentary with cinematic ambition.

Eva’s path to Hollywood is anything but conventional. She built a thriving beauty business in Europe, led high-performing management teams, and eventually transitioned into the U.S. entertainment industry—working as an independent agent, manager, producer, and agency owner. She’s contributed to high-profile projects such as "In the Mix"with Usher, the network comedy M"ethod & Red", and worked alongside Academy Award-winning talent including Mel Gibson.

Through BSA Talent, Eva has established deep relationships with talent agencies, studios, streamers, and independent financiers. Her diverse industry background gives her a unique ability to develop, pitch, and position projects that stand out in a competitive landscape.

Our fabulous talent scout and manager, Patricia, started her career as a collegiate basketball player and a fashion model! Later she pursued her talents as an independent writer and published poet. Patricia loves the energy created by working with talented people to pursue their dreams! She has assisted on musical projects and worked with celebrities; she is with us because, as with all of our staff, she loves people, passion, and talent!
