Eva Beadle​ is the Founder and Sr. Manager of the BSA agency. Eva Beadle has taken the road less traveled throughout her career, working in many roles to achieve her status in the industry. From owning and operating her beauty salon in Europe, heading management teams, being an independent agent, manager,  producer, and agency owner. She stabilized her position in Los Angeles. She worked on projects like "In the Mix" with Usher, "Method and Red" network television show with Method Man and Redman, and even working with award-winning academy actor Mel Gibson. Eva established excellent relationships with many talent agencies, production companies,  movie studios, fashion designers, record labels, and venues, showing her talent to develop relationships across multiple industries, which is key to her success in the current dynamic marketplace.

Pat Rice - office coordinator ​

Our fabulous talent scout and manager, Patricia, started her career as a collegiate basketball player and a fashion model! Later she pursued her talents as an independent writer and published poet. Patricia loves the energy created by working with talented people to pursue their dreams! She has assisted on musical projects and worked with celebrities; she is with us because, as with all of our staff, she loves people, passion, and talent!
